CAPACITACIÓN TÉCNICA FORTALECE LA EJECUCIÓN RESPONSABLE DE PROYECTOS DE SANEAMIENTO EN ROATÁN
El pasado viernes 7 de agosto, en el salón de conferencias de ZOLITUR, la Unidad Técnica desarrolló una jornada de capacitación dirigida a los encargados de las obras correspondientes a los proyectos de saneamiento adjudicados mediante proceso de licitación.
Durante la jornada se brindaron lineamientos técnicos y recomendaciones que deberán ser considerados durante la ejecución de los proyectos, con especial énfasis en la correcta implementación de las obras, el cumplimiento de las disposiciones establecidas y el manejo responsable de los recursos naturales.
Asimismo, se reforzaron las orientaciones relacionadas con la protección del medio ambiente, promoviendo que cada proyecto sea ejecutado bajo criterios de responsabilidad y buenas prácticas, procurando reducir impactos y contribuir al bienestar de las comunidades beneficiadas.
Los proyectos abordados durante esta capacitación son:
Construcción del Sistema de Alcantarillado Sanitario de las comunidades de Spring Garden, Etapa II.
Ampliación del Sistema de Alcantarillado Sanitario West End, Etapa I, municipio de Roatán, Islas de la Bahía.
Construcción del Sistema de Alcantarillado Sanitario de las comunidades de Loma Linda y Spanish Town, Etapa III.
Con estas acciones, se busca fortalecer la coordinación técnica con las empresas responsables y contribuir a que los proyectos avancen de manera ordenada, responsable y en beneficio de las comunidades de Roatán.

TECHNICAL TRAINING STRENGTHENS THE RESPONSIBLE IMPLEMENTATION OF SANITATION PROJECTS IN ROATÁN
Last Friday, August 7, the ZOLITUR conference room hosted a training session organized by the Technical Unit for those responsible for the construction works related to sanitation projects awarded through a bidding process.
During the session, technical guidelines and recommendations were provided to be considered throughout the implementation of the projects, with special emphasis on the proper execution of the works, compliance with established regulations, and the responsible management of natural resources.
Environmental protection guidelines were also reinforced, promoting the implementation of each project according to principles of responsibility and good practices, with the aim of reducing environmental impacts and contributing to the well-being of the communities benefiting from these projects.
The projects addressed during the training were:
Construction of the Sanitary Sewer System in the Spring Garden Communities, Phase II.
Expansion of the West End Sanitary Sewer System, Phase I, Municipality of Roatán, Bay Islands.
Construction of the Sanitary Sewer System in the Loma Linda and Spanish Town Communities, Phase III.
Through these actions, the goal is to strengthen technical coordination with the companies responsible for the projects and contribute to ensuring that the projects progress in an organized and responsible manner, for the benefit of the communities of Roatán.
