ZOLITUR y SAR unen esfuerzos para fortalecer la seguridad jurídica en Islas de la Bahía

La Zona Libre Turística de Islas de la Bahía (ZOLITUR) y el Servicio de Administración de Rentas (SAR) sostuvieron una reunión interinstitucional para abordar temas relacionados con la aplicación del 4 % sobre las ganancias de capital y consensuar estrategias de coordinación entre ambas instituciones.

Durante el encuentro, representantes de ambas entidades intercambiaron criterios técnicos y administrativos con el propósito de fortalecer la comprensión de la normativa aplicable y facilitar su adecuada implementación.

ZOLITUR reafirmó su compromiso de promover la coordinación con las instituciones competentes y de impulsar acciones que favorezcan la transparencia, la seguridad jurídica y el desarrollo sostenible de Islas de la Bahía. Como parte del seguimiento, se continuará propiciando el intercambio de información y la atención conjunta de las consultas que surjan sobre esta materia.

The Bay Islands Tourism Free Zone (ZOLITUR) and the Revenue Administration Service (SAR) held an interinstitutional meeting to address issues related to the application of the 4% tax on capital gains and to reach a consensus on coordination strategies between both institutions.

During the meeting, representatives of both entities exchanged technical and administrative perspectives to strengthen their understanding of the applicable regulations and facilitate their proper implementation.

ZOLITUR reaffirmed its commitment to promoting coordination with the relevant institutions and advancing initiatives that foster transparency, legal certainty, and sustainable development in the Bay Islands. As part of the follow-up process, both institutions will continue to encourage information sharing and jointly address any questions that may arise regarding this matter.
